About New Zealand NZTM2000
New Zealand Transverse Mercator 2000 is the national projection for mainland New Zealand on the NZGD2000 datum, used by LINZ for topographic mapping and national datasets. NZGD2000 is treated as WGS 84 for Google Earth work.
