About UTM Zone 43N
UTM zone 43N covers longitudes 72°E to 78°E in the northern hemisphere, with its central meridian at 75°E. On the WGS 84 datum it needs no datum shift, so eastings and northings convert straight to the latitude and longitude Google Earth uses.
Where it's used: Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Kashmir; in India, Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad and Bangalore.
